• Ajay

  Hello, my name is Ajay Mahajan and my wife, Dimple, and I are the proud owner of The Goddard School® located on Freedom Pkwy in Cumming, GA. We have been Goddard School owners since 2019. We live in Johns Creek and have 2 boy’s and the younger one attended Goddard School. We are passionate about education and want to ensure that the children get the best early childhood education at Goddard Cumming North. I have a bachelor’s degree from India and prior to joining Goddard, I was a business owner in the fashion industry for 22 years. Being an on-site owner, I welcome your comments and concerns. • Dimple Mahajan

  I am very excited and proud to be the on-site owner of Goddard School in Cumming North area located on Freedom Parkway. As a working mother of two boys, I recognized the importance of having a quality pre-school for my boys. I have a Bachelor’s in Finance & Computer Science. I also have a CDA and TCC in early childhood program management. Our highly qualified teachers provide the best STEAM & Enrichment based preschool preparation. Our focus is not only on academic skills but also on the social, emotional, and physical development of your child. We want to provide the children in our school with the best possible care in a safe, healthy, and fun-loving environment. • Nicci

  Ms. Nicci loves working with kids! She worked in a classroom for 8 years! She currently holds her Associates Degree in Special Education, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology. She is currently obtaining her Masters in Social Work at UGA! She has a passion for working with kids and helping them express themselves! She is new to Goddard but absolutely adores the children and staff here!

• Abronia

  Mrs. Edwards is our Prekindergarten Lead teacher, she is innovative and passionate about her responsibilities of educating all students. After retiring from the United States Navy, Mrs. Edwards started House of Fun and Phonics Preschool in Brunswick, ME of which she owned and operated for ten years. Mrs. Edwards relocated to California MD, and immediately started working at Lexington Park Elementary School. Ultimately, the Edwards family decided to retire in Georgia, where Mrs. Edwards began working as a substitute teacher in Gwinnett County until accepting the position of Private Prekindergarten Lead Teacher Johns Creek Kiddy Academy. Mrs. Edwards received her education at The University College, Adelphia MD in Social Science Bachelors, Minor in Business Administration, and Associate of Art.

• Amora

  Ms. Amora has been working with kids for 4+ years! She is currently in college at UNG, majoring in Psychology! She loves kids and their smiling faces! She is new to Goddard but is enjoying her time here!

• Mrs Catherin

  Meet Mrs. Catherin, Mrs. Catherin began her career in HR before becoming a stay-at-home mom for five years to her children, now aged 4 and 7. When her children started school, she aspired to be the trusted individual a mother could leave her child with while returning to work, leading her to embark on a preschool teaching journey last August. Her experience has been nothing short of pure bliss. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys creating videos and capturing moments. With a supportive spouse and two young children, family is her ultimate joy.

• Erin

  Meet Mrs. Erin, she has taught preschool for over 10 years. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment and help students grow throughout their time together. She believes that every student is capable of greatness. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, things such as walking her dog and playing board games. She is looking forward to a wonderful year of teaching, laughter and, most of all, fun with her class.

• Julie

  Ms. Julie has been working with kids for many years, and she absolutely loves it! She loves getting to see them grow and accomplish so much! She loves getting to know each kid individually and learning what is special about them! She has worked at other Goddard schools previously but is very excited to join our team here!

• Kimberly

  We are delighted to introduce Mrs. Kim, who is excited to embark on her first year of teaching at Goddard. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University. As a mother of two wonderful children, an 11-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, she enjoys a bustling household that includes her husband and their Goldendoodle, Simon. Her favorite pastimes include scrapbooking, socializing with friends, and watching television. Mrs. Kim is looking forward to a fantastic school year!

• Komala

  Ms. Komala is a hardworking teacher with 1 year of experience in early childhood education, providing support in classroom activities and after-school programs. Skilled in behavior management and fostering a positive learning environment for toddlers. Holds multiple certifications, including a Teaching certificate and a childcare certificate. Dedicated to enhancing children's development and learning experiences.

• Laura

  Laura Woolbright joined Goddard School North this year. This is her sixth year teaching Georgia Pre-K. She has previously taught Private Pre-K, First and Second grades. Laura is from New York where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue New York. She has lived in Forsyth County since 2004, She has three grown children and lives with her husband in Johns Creek. Laura enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family. Her desire to be a teacher started in from when she was a child. “Teaching children is a profession I am so fortunate to be a part of. Helping them learn and watching them grow is amazing and satisfying. I can’t imagine doing anything else!”

• Savannah

  Mrs. Savannah is the Lead Teacher in our Infant 1 classroom and has been with Goddard for five years. She has experience working with all age groups, from infants to after-school children. Her favorite aspect of childcare is "getting to know each child in my class and discovering what makes them unique." She enjoys observing their growth and learning, as well as their artistic creativity. Mrs. Savannah holds CPR and First Aid certifications. In her free time, she cherishes moments with her family, enjoys shopping, and loves exploring the outdoors. As a dedicated mother, police officer's wife, and dog owner, she brings a lot of joy to our team at Goddard Cumming North. We are thrilled to have her, and she eagerly anticipates meeting you!

• Sucharitha

  Ms. Suchi has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering! She chose to be a teacher after moving here and trying to find her true passion! She adores working with kids! She has a daughter of her own who is in our Get Set room! She has 2+ years of teaching experience!

• Akilajothi

  Ms. Akila holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications. She is beginning her journey as a Teacher and is loving everything about it! Ms. Akila is a dedicated individual with a passion for both technology and education. She is a mother of two children who are currently in high school!

• Jessie

  Meet Mrs. Alma, who prefers to be called Jessie. Born in Mexico, she was raised in Cumming and is an alumna of Forsyth Central High School. She resided in Gwinnett County until three years ago. Jessie is a mother to a five-year-old son and enjoys hiking, swimming, and crafting in her spare time.

• Karla

  I have been working with kids for almost three years. I have worked with all ages. In my free time, I like to go out shopping and play with my dogs! I love to hang out with friends as well! I am CPR/First Aid certified. I am excited to begin school for Early Childhood Education! I am also excited to start my journey here!

• Kiara

  Ms. Kiara is new to formal teaching, but always gives her best! She loves kids and loves watching them explore and learn new things! She has 6 years of experience working with kids. She started by volunteering at churches, working with Infants up to High School age! She loves watching children express themselves with their silly personalities! She is always here to support and help them every step of the way!

• Lisa

  Ms. Lisa has been working with kids for many years! She recently came here after working in the school system! She is ready to bring her expertise to the school and help kids in any way she can! She loves seeing them find new ways of completing tasks and accomplishing things they never thought they could!

• Mrs Lori

  Mrs. Lori is excited tobe apart of Goddard teaching team this year as a Georgia Pre-K assistant. Mrs. Lori brings fifteen years of experience in prekindergarten education. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Learning Disabilities from Florida State University. Previously, she has worked as both a Lead and Assistant Ga Pre-K teacher at a local school. Mrs. Lori lives in Forsyth County with her husband and their three daughters. Her eldest daughter has recently started her teaching career, following in her footsteps. Her second daughter is pursuing a business degree at Georgia College, and her youngest is about to graduate from high school. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family. For Mrs. Lori, working with children at this pivotal age and observing their growth and accomplishments throughout the year is incredibly rewarding. Seeing their charming little faces is a delight.

• Sabriena

  Ms. Sabriena loves working with kids! Her favorite age is the toddler age because that is where their personalities begin to shine the most! She loves teaching the children new things every day! She loves watching them grow and develop into amazingly smart children! She couldn't imagine seeing herself anywhere else!

• Sagarika

  Ms. Sagarika loves working with kids and has been enjoying this career for many years! She is excited to be at Goddard and help the children learn! She prides herself on the fact that she fully engages with the children when they are playing/learning!

• Sapna

  Meet Mrs. Sapna, a mother of two who has been working with children for five years and adores each one of them. She has a passion for music and enjoys exploring new foods. She takes exceptional care of all the children at Goddard.

• Michelle

  Mrs. Michelle has been a business owner for 22 years, driven by a passion to serve others. She finds joy in cooking, which fills her heart. Blessed with four amazing children, she cherishes every moment spent with them, teaching new recipes and exploring the world through travel. She expresses deep gratitude to Goddard for providing her with this opportunity.

• Navya

  Ms. Navya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering! After working in that field for 6 years, she decided to switch her focus to her true passion of teaching! As a mother, she finds it both fun and rewarding to help children build a bright future while embracing the challenges that come with it! Her mission is to create a warm and stimulating environment where young learners can freely explore, grow, and develop key skills!
