As a lifelong Georgian, I started in the Insurance Field in 2001 by working in an Agent's office as an Agent for 7 years before opening my Agency here in 2008. In that time, my team and I have earned awards yearly only 1% in the Country ever earn. Our dedication to customers from the moment we establish their policy to future reviews and changes all the way through holding their hand through serious claims have kept us achieving such high standards. As an active community leader, mentor, and team leader I love watching our growth and success. But most of all, I love seeing the difference we can make in someone's life by making Insurance easy and affordable! Having the right coverage is so important, and we strive to always inform customers to help them make the best decision for them and their own family. On a personal note, my most FAVORITE job is Mom! I have a beautiful daughter and supportive husband and we love to travel, play soccer and do anything outdoors! Many customers have seen my daughter as a baby and now a young teen helping out around the office and in the community.

Her mission is to help see every customer feels understood, protected, and like part of our family. Outside of work, Susan is a proud mom of four daughters and two grandbabies. She enjoys puzzles, reading, and all things dragons and wolves. She brings heart to everything she does.
Rachael brings over 20 years of experience to the team. She loves building customer relationships and helping see families are protected through life’s changes. Originally from Texas, she’s now a proud Georgia resident who enjoys the great outdoors with her two adventurous boys.
Rowan began his insurance career in 2025 after being in retail management for several years after college. His strong desire to always learn and grow while helping others makes him a great addition to the team. He just got married last year and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their assortment of fur-babies. He also loves visiting amusement parks and gaming in his spare time.
Kellie joined this Agency Team in 2020 with no prior insurance experience and quickly became an essential part of the team. Her ability to learn fast and lead with heart has taken her from customer service to staff coaching and now Laura’s go-to right hand. Outside the office, Kellie enjoys boating, jet skiing, live concerts, and traveling with her husband of 26 years. They’re empty nesters now but love spending quality time with their kids and friends.
Claudia has always had a compassionate heart, and after a terrible personal claim experience on her home, became a licensed Insurance Agent in May of 2024 to help others with the passion and care someone would do for a loved one or family member. She is a wife and military mom who love and enjoys doing home projects as she is a great carpenter and love transforming and giving life to things other would pass on. Loves cooking family recipes that were passed onto her and wore cook by so many ancestors. She is fluent in English and Spanish and always willing to help others.
With over 11 years in the industry, Maddie is passionate about informing customers and protecting what matters most. A true believer for customer care, she treats every customer like family. She lives on a small farm with her two kids and loves trail riding, river days, and spending time with family and friends.
Wes joined the insurance field in 2024 after a 30-year leadership career. His dedication to helping people and creating positive outcomes made him a natural fit at this Allstate Agency. He’s an empty nester who enjoys mountain rides on his motorcycle and traveling. His Yorkie, Max—also known as the office mascot—never misses a workday!
Katie began her insurance career in 2024 and is passionate about helping families feel secure. A recent Georgia transplant from snowy New York, she traded snow boots for mountains and sunshine—and hasn’t looked back.
