The technician really explained

Reliable
Reliable , if you have a problem, they will make an extra treatment and the young man, Jared, who does my yard is very thorough. He is always polite and checks with me to see if I have any concerns.

My tech person, Russ Grindle is tops. I couldn't ask for a better specialist to evaluate and take care of my lawn. He communicates well, evaluates the needs of the grass and recommends anything besides the regular treatments or things that we should do to improve

I love TruGreen
I love TruGreen and the representatives that come out for the treatment. My lawn looks so much better!! The representatives are so helpful in regard to my questions, AND after every treatment, they explain exactly what they did. This was the best decision I've made in regard to the beauty of a very healthy, beautiful lawn. I've had many compliments in regard to our lawn.

When I call with
When I call with a question, I speak to a person not a recording. When I have an issues,it is not ignored,but followed with an apology and fixed very quickly or given a simple explanation verbaly and or in writing why they did ,recommend or suggest this for my paticualar lawn. They service the dates they say. Good communication is important to me and TRUGREEN has done so.

TruGreen took my yard
TruGreen took my yard in one season from a weed patch to grass green enough even in the winter neighbors commented how nice it looked. They call to notify me of service the day before, and then my technician, Russ, calls in the morning to let me know about what time he will arrive. Once at my house, he knocks on the door and we talk for a couple of minutes as he tells me what actions he is taking today, and answers any questions. They meet my expectations and more.

Have been with TG and its predecessor for over 15 years. Totally seamless experience and great looking lawn all that time. Techs are efficient and full of god advice. Rare complaints quickly resolved and look forward to many more years.

It really works
It really works! My lawn was horrible, ball spots and thin. After a few months of TLC from TruGreen my lawn is full and thick. Tech comes out and actually does treatment. In past w/ another company I parked in garage and tech thought no one was home. Spray front yard only, left notes stating he sprayed entire lawn. I also suggest full payment up front better savings and one less monthly bill to pay. Thxs TG.

Planning to sell our house in a year or 2 so we chose TruGreen to improve the condition of our yard. Agreed to 8 treatments with 1 aeration. By the end of our treatment the yard is looking much healthier. Planning on continuing with TruGreen next growing season.

We have seen such an improvement in the appearance and quality of our lawn since switching to TruGreen. We were with another company for several years and our yard was looking worse and worse as time went on. Since contracting with TruGreen, or yard has become one of the prettiest ones on our street. And our TruGreen rep is always so nice and professional - not to mention VERY thorough. we would highly recommend TruGreen to anyone looking for a top notch lawn care service.

I've been using TruGreen
I've been using TruGreen for years. I've had great application specialists. They come to the door and let me know what they are going to do.. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. We recently had an aeration with overseed in our back yard. It looks great...thick and green. Anytime I've had to deal with customer service, they've always been courteous. I'm very happy with TruGreen's service.

Professional, reliable, efficient and cost effective
Professional, reliable, efficient and cost effective. Our service specialist, Michael at Branch #5622 has done a great job in keeping the lawn in good shape. He is always available to answer questions on the fertilizer/weed killer TruGreen uses and knows his products and how best to apply them. I'll be renewing for next year.
